    Naturally grown sea tangle from the clean East Sea was used to manufacture our stock. Along with Gijang sea tangle and kelp, onion, shrimp, fish, mushroom and many other ingredients are mixed together to bring you the best taste.

 

  • Function 
     You can add various amounts of kelp natural sauce to suit your taste. Original stock can be used in vegetable stir. 1:10 ratio for rice cake soup, noodle and 1:14 ratio for pot stews may be used.

    Making of Kelp Soy Sauce : The kelp extract comes from kelp grown in the Gijang sea along the eastern coast of Korea, and is made into a food product through a joint patent (No. 10-2008-0098537) method by the National Fisheries Research & Development Institute and HAEORM BIO.
